The Connected Care Enrollment Platform is a group health enrollment system for Connected Care, its agencies, agents and employers. An agent uploads an employer census, the census is scored, a branded proposal goes out, and the employer and employees enroll. Billing, compensation and file feeds to the TPA and vendors run from the same flow. The platform is being built for live enrollments with January 1 effective dates.

The flow in one line

The agent sells the group, the census is scored, the proposal goes out, the employer sets classes and contributions, employees enroll, the TPA receives its 834 file, and the employer receives an invoice.
